modernised room efficient check-in helpful staff
the room was recently modernised so i found everything very crisp clean and bright check in and check out was easy quick and efficient reception staff were very helpful offering to post my postcard soraya was especially helpful and cute the location is good and tram stops are just outside.

the room had a functional bathroom with a nice shower. the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. breakfast was also great with good water pressure.
the elevators were a bit small.

The hotel's central location offered easy access to many attractions. The staff was AMAZING!!! They were helpful and solved every request I had. Rooms were comfortable and the views were excellent. The hotel was spotlessly clean.
The space between the bed and the workstation was a little tight.

convenient location, good amenities

central location varied breakfast
i appreciated the excellent location for exploring the area. the staff were friendly and helpful. i found the breakfast great, with a healthy variety (especially the fresh fruit!). it was also nice to have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and moisturizer available in the room.

grateful for my stay

great staff airport connection historic feel
The staff gave great restaurant recommendations, and i am grateful for that. the hotel is in rembrandt square. It's a very lively area and easily accessible by tram to central station. i appreciated the airport connection. the public areas have a unique historic feel.
the room could use more lighting. there was only one main light in the entrance, difficult to get ready. i hope the hotel considers adding more lights.

infrequent housekeeping tap water
i found a couple of things less than stellar. housekeeping only visited every four days i mean, seriously? the complimentary water bottles tasted suspiciously like tap water. and the queen bed i reserved morphed into uncomfortable twin beds. it seemed like glamping, not a hotel experience.

high noise level limited breakfast
My room faced some nightclubs, so the noise level was quite high, it was hard to sleep. also, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable. i noticed the breakfast selection lacked variety. Refilling items took multiple requests.
